Sandy Heath, the owner of State Territory Realty, has the experience that really counts. Sandy has been a top-producing agent in Tucson and throughout Southern Arizona for over 35 years. She was licensed to sell Arizona real estate in 1983 and she obtained her Arizona Real Estate Broker license in 1986. She has also listed and sold REO properties since 1984.
Sandy’s experience also includes the position of managing broker and branch manager of a couple of the largest and most productive real estate offices in the Tucson area. Sandy is an extremely active and experienced real estate broker, boasting a total of over 3000 closed properties in over 35 years.
Sandy has openly shared her knowledge of selling REO homes with other real estate professionals by providing HUD training classes since 2005. She truly believes in working together with everyone. She knows that teamwork counts.
As a U. S. Marine veteran, Sandy serves on the National Board of Directors of Veteran Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP). She is a tireless advocate nationally for programs that reduce barriers to homeownership in the military and veteran communities.
